ANPR Master Integrations

The MTM-ANPR system includes a universal integration bridge designed to interface seamlessly with external FiveM frameworks, emergency dispatch systems, mobile data terminals (MDTs), garage resources, and postal map resolvers.

By default, the bridge operates in automatic detection mode (Config.Framework = "auto", Config.DispatchSystem = "auto"). It inspects running server resources during boot, establishes the appropriate event hooks and exports, and executes calls inside protected calls (pcall) to guarantee server stability.

Framework Resource Name Supported Capabilities
QBCore qb-core Player data, job/grade validation, framework notifications, player_vehicles owner lookups.
QBox qbx_core Native QBox state bags, player data hooks, job permissions, vehicle registrations.
ESX Legacy es_extended esx:getSharedObject, xPlayer functions, job validation, owned_vehicles lookups.
vRP / vRP 2024 vrp Native vRP user ID resolution, group checks, and emergency service permissions.
OX Core ox_core Overextended ACE permission structures, state bags, and asynchronous database pipelines.
100% Standalone None Native FiveM ACE permissions (anpr.admin), GTA V Scaleforms, and local JSON persistence.

When a vehicle infraction or BOLO detection occurs, MTM-ANPR formats an alert payload containing vehicle make, model, color, speed, street name, postal code, and GPS coordinates:

Dispatch Resource Resource Name Integration Features
ps-dispatch ps-dispatch Dispatches 10-99 calls with custom vehicle blips, radius indicators, and unit routing.
qs-dispatch qs-dispatch Automated dispatch calls with 10-99 call codes, custom sound effects, and map blips.
cd_dispatch cd_dispatch Sends structured dispatch notifications with unique incident IDs and flashing blips.
core_dispatch core_dispatch / core_dispatch_3d Tactical call creation with vehicle icons, map markers, and camera coordinate tags.
rcore_dispatch rcore_dispatch Native alert feed forwarding with job filters and GPS routing.
codem-dispatch codem-dispatch Real-time vehicle infraction alerts with officer response routing.
lb-tablet lb-tablet Direct push notifications into LB-Tablet and LB-Phone law enforcement apps.
T-MEOS / MEOS meos Dedicated Dutch police MEOS terminal event bridge (meos:server:addAnprHit).
MTM-PAGER MTM-PAGER Sends Priority 1 C2000 emergency pager alerts to on-duty officers.
Additional Bridges emergency-dispatch, tmc_dispatch, deltarix_dispatch Automated call creation with location telemetry and officer waypoint triggers.

MDT & CAD Platforms (Two-Way BOLO Synchronization)

Section titled “MDT & CAD Platforms (Two-Way BOLO Synchronization)”

Flagging a wanted vehicle in a connected MDT or CAD terminal automatically adds the license plate to the active MTM-ANPR surveillance network:

Platform Resource Identifier Sync Mechanism
Wasabi MDT wasabi_mdt Automated BOLO synchronization via wasabi_mdt:CreateBolo.
Sonoran CAD sonorancad Direct integration with Sonoran CAD BOLO events and plate checks.
Redutzu MDT redutzu-mdt Real-time BOLO creation and plate synchronization.
TK MDT / Tablet tk_mdt / tk_tablet Real-time warrant linking and BOLO integration.
Kartik MDT kartik_mdt Vehicle watchlist sync and plate lookup.
Origen Police origen_police Police tablet BOLO synchronization.
Nightshift MDT nightshift-mdt Real-time wanted vehicle sync.
Additional CADs imperial-cad, f_mdt, snaily-cad, cde-cad Two-way plate checking and surveillance alert dispatch.

The integration bridge automatically resolves and attaches accurate street postcodes to all dispatch alerts and scan records:

  • Supported Resources: nearest-postal, nearest-postal-master, postals, postal, qb-postals, esx_postals, cd_postals, devcore_postal.
  • Dynamic Fuzzy Resolver: Automatically detects any active resource containing postal in its resource name.
  • Internal Vector Fallback: If no postal resource is running, an internal vector algorithm calculates the nearest postal number using 3D coordinate proximity.

The system checks vehicle storage, registration, and impound statuses during officer queries:

  • qs-garages: Queries live vehicle storage and impound status via GetVehicleStatus.
  • okokGarage: Retrieves vehicle state and garage storage information via GetVehicleState.
  • jg-advancedgarages: Integration with advanced vehicle state exports via getVehicleState.
  • cd_garage: Queries real-time vehicle status and garage retrieval state via GetVehicleStatus.

Vehicle Insurance & Fraudulent Plate Detection

Section titled “Vehicle Insurance & Fraudulent Plate Detection”
  • m-insurance: Automatically verifies whether a scanned vehicle carries an active road insurance policy and statutory inspection via GetInsuranceStatus.
  • brazzers-fakeplates: Unmasks cloned plates via GetRealPlate to identify the true registered owner.
  • cw-plateswap: Detects swapped and original plates via GetRealPlate and GetOriginalPlate.

If your server uses custom folder names, you can override automatic detection in shared/config.lua:

Config.CustomResourceNames = {
Screenshot = "auto", -- e.g. "screenshot-basic" or "screenshot_basic"
Postal = "auto", -- e.g. "nearest-postal" or "qb-postals"
