Frameworks & Compatibility
Section titled “Frameworks & Compatibility”Does Mountain Mods support more than just 3 frameworks?
Yes, absolutely! Mountain Mods supports QBCore (qb-core), QBox (qbx_core), ESX Legacy (es_extended), vRP / vRP 2024 (vrp), and OX Core (ox_core), as well as 100% Standalone environments.
Our automatic bridge engine identifies running resources dynamically to ensure compatibility with diverse server architectures without manual code edits.
Can I run Mountain Mods scripts completely Standalone (No Framework)?
Yes! Many of our major scripts (including the ANPR System and Matrixborden) are engineered with full Standalone capability.
When configured for standalone mode (Config.Framework = “standalone”), the scripts operate using native FiveM ACE permissions, standard GTA V HUD elements, and local file or standalone database storage without requiring any external roleplay framework.
Does Mountain Mods support renamed framework resources?
Yes. If your server uses custom resource folder names (e.g. my_custom_qbcore or custom_dispatch), you can define your custom resource folder names in Config.CustomResourceNames inside config.lua to maintain full export and event connectivity.
Which inventory systems are supported?
Mountain Mods resources support all leading FiveM inventory engines, including ox_inventory, qb-inventory, ps-inventory, lj-inventory, qs-inventory, and standard ESX database inventories.
Licensing & Keymaster Asset Escrow
Section titled “Licensing & Keymaster Asset Escrow”How does Cfx.re Keymaster licensing work?
When you purchase a resource on mountainmods.nl or our Tebex store, the asset is automatically granted to your Cfx.re account. You can download the asset from keymaster.fivem.net under Granted Assets.
Can I transfer my license to another FiveM account?
Yes. Cfx.re Keymaster allows you to perform a one-time license transfer directly from your Keymaster Granted Assets dashboard. Simply click the transfer icon next to the resource and enter the destination Cfx.re username.
Can I run the scripts on my local development server (localhost)?
Yes! As long as your local test server uses a server license key (sv_licenseKey) generated from the same Keymaster account that owns the granted asset, the scripts will run on localhost without issues.
Performance & Optimization
Section titled “Performance & Optimization”What is the typical resource monitor (resmon) usage?
Mountain Mods resources are meticulously optimized for production servers with high player counts:
- Idle State:
0.00ms-0.01ms. - Active In-Use State:
0.02ms-0.04msduring scanning and UI rendering. - Heavy operations (such as vehicle scanning, coordinate calculation, and photo uploads) are distributed to the network owner of the entity, preventing CPU spikes on client and server threads.
How are evidence screenshots handled without server lag?
Scripts utilizing screenshot captures (like the ANPR System) upload images directly to external CDNs via Discord webhooks using asynchronous HTTP requests. Image data is never saved to the local FiveM server hard drive, eliminating server disk exhaustion and lag.
Updates, Custom Development & Support
Section titled “Updates, Custom Development & Support”How do I update to a newly released version?
- Visit keymaster.fivem.net and download the latest
.ziprelease. - Replace the script files on your server (ensure you keep any custom edits you made to
config.lua). - Check the resource changelog for any new SQL migration queries.
Can I request custom script modifications or bespoke resources (Maatwerk)?
Yes! Mountain Mods provides custom FiveM development services. If you need bespoke scripts, tailored MLO integrations, or unique vehicle pack modifications, join our Discord Server and open a Maatwerk Ticket.
